It's a simple way to generate PWM
But, this circuit can't hold output PWM frequency
(It changes a little bit by duty cycle setting)
1. Main potentiometer set the PWM duty cycle
2. 555's control pin potentiometer set the supporting PWM frequency range and adjust fine duty offset
