:) what is your expectation? It is usually used for highspeed motor rotations as far as i know

It delivers 3x more power with only 1.5x more conductor material. The ground goes on the source btw, and the 120° phase source needs to be flipped 180°.

I think, both star 🌟 ' s have to be grounded at thir centers. To equalise ( balance) the load.

The benefit is that three phase does not require ground, and 3 phase is used in industrial buildong

As you know there are two types of 3 phase connections star 🌟 and delta. Esch phase provide 240 voltes with respect to ground, then how and why do think they don' t need ground.

Motors don't need a neutral, delta transformers use a small wire for grounding. Delta transformers can be ungrounded and can also use a phase as the ground.

As rich already said, an extra neutral is normaly not needed, only in case the phases are unequal loaded (heavily!) Phase to ground in germany is 230V while phase to phase you get 398V = 230V × sqrt(3) with a little more wires a lot more power and also after rectification a smooth DC (300Hz without drop to zero) many advantages with just one more wire
