Regular home 10 watt bulbs control line current at safer levels. Light between line is neon NE16 lamp to show power is sent to probes.
Probes can be 15 inch wire coat hangers with enamel paint sanded off. Wood block handles help with pushing 12 inches into ground. Push probes in ground about 3 foot apart. Have power shut off when moving and inserting probes.
One of 10 watt light may light during use which is normal operation.
Serving worms to fish requires no preparations. Human consumption is leave worms in clean drinking water for 15 minutes to purge grime out of worm insides and then they should be edible, in case someone needs the extra protein.
Very dry ground may need water soaking preparation before worm hunt. If more current is needed use higher wattage lights in lines.
Worms will take a few minutes to reach top of ground with most closer to "hot" line side. Turn power off and move to another location and repeat.
