If A (red), B (pink) are two inputs 
1.when A=B  then green led will glow
2.when A<B  then blue led will glow
3.when A>B  then yellow led will glow

I need a comparator that compares two binary numbers with eight digits, A=B A<B. scheme should be on the elements of NAND. There will be enough space for the scheme? Sorry for the bad English :)
