The top left switch represents the car key.
The bottom left switch represents a positive open door trigger.
This circuit has a lower parasitic power drain than the usual two or three relay solution and it keeps the accessory rail on even with the door open, as long as the key is in the ignition. It seems like common sense, but some other solutions seem to forget it.
