Using the first gate (1,2 and 3) as a NOR logic element and the second gate (4,5and 6) as an inverter or NOT gate.
When the switch is triggered, I  gate 1 you should see the output pin 4 or 1 go higher, remain high for a short time, then quickly return back to it's normal low state again. Just how long it will stay high depends on what value you choose for R1(directly underneath C) and C.
