Maybe or gate doesn't act in sim like it should. Also connect other end of the bulb to gnd and put a transistor instead of or gate

Yeah the gates need a true low or high at the inputs to operate properly, would you like to see your circuit modified?

Open circuits on logic gates inputs are a problem. Notice how the gates are dimmed?

Connect a 0 volt source to the right side of the switches.
