This 0-99 - Second Timer uses a counter chip.
I've also paid attention to presenting a neat circuit layout.
* Close the SPST switch next to the logic train to BEGIN the timer.
* Open the SPST switch next to the logic train to PAUSE the timer.
* Press the push button to RESET the timer.
