Nice job on this one man! I saw the previous circuit like this one you posted, and yeah it seemed like it had too many components. But this is a good layout. I'm also glad to see someone else doing something with Leds besides the basic 2 led astable multivibrator, or filling the screen and operating them with something crazy like a 2GHz sine. Your logic circuits are neat too- keep up the good work..

Thanks! I take lots of part to figure out circuits at first, and then I simplify them and get smaller. Lol.
