Success came through the threshold voltage (5V) of the NOT gate IC gently trying to reach it through the 0k1 pot and magic 💖 is show up.The circuit start at 99% of the pot~65%of duty cycle if you wanted to drop at 45% just derate slowly to 1% the pot value.10/8/25 circuit is upgraded. potentiometer is missing and replaced with a ckick start switch (push button).
