R1 @200Ω is the microphone. C2 in parallel with I1 @100nH is a variable capacitor tuneable from 0 to 100pF in order to vary the resonant frequency. The antenna itself is located at the node between C2 and C3 @50pF.

You forgot to say what is the sine voltage generator you used in simulation. Where is DC generator you used in real?

It's neatly laid out, but you've got a sine wave source in place of your power supply! I made is 9V DC, but couldn't get the circuit to sustain oscillation.
