Telluric syphon volt-amp transducer sub ckt

Voltage converter for current syphon. Use solar cell in parallel with telluric current syphon (separate) for a boosted source. having the cell at the furthest point in the ckt from actual ground and making sure that it is of a larger charge current should bias the flow in favor of the pure aluminum collector plates. Never tested.

Quad output. Variable pos neg for logic or constant bipolar vs.

There is no physical voltage source only voltage potential. By capturing transient spikes with a zener diode we can collect enough electricity to transform it however so desired.
