Can add 2 binary numbers, each number is 2 bits long.
Add two numbers in binary up to a binary total of 6.
CAUTION!!! The Low AND gate will suck in power (go to ground) if power goes to its output unless a diode is placed in front of it. (lol...my note from a year ago). Dont connect logic outputs together without diodes. ha.
