Update: Swapped all resistors with potentiometer for easier fine tuning and added two diodes for better duty cycle control; Adjust frequency range from 30 Hz to 333 Hz with the potentiometers. Now powered by Two Lithium ion or Six NiMH cells. Added another LED, the top one turns on when IC output is low voltage while the bottom one turns on when IC output is high voltage.
