LED on for 10 milliseconds then off for 10 milliseconds, powered by four NiMH cells.
Update: Replaced a potentiometer with a fixed resistor, added a NPN Bipolar Junction Transistor, now the main capacitor charging and discharging controlled by a single potentiometer which is always 50% duty cycle.
