Over engineered minecraft repeater

Adds delay to a signal Explaination: 2 capacitors are used to store charge over time 1 capacitor will tell you how long the switch has been on and another will tell you how long the switch has been off (there's a not gate in there that can sense when the switch is off) if one of these capacitors reach a certain time threshhold a signal will be sent to the latch which can flip the output between 0v and 3.3v. I would like my next model to use only transistors, resistors, and capacitors as an ultimate challenge (I encourage you to try making one yourself, I would love to see your design!). P.s. sorry for the messy wiring, I just dont have the pateince to tidy it up.
