this is a tool that stabilize energy output that has been produced by 300 v input........

how to use : 
- press the button and wait a second 
- press again to increase the output until 1KV 
- press again if you want to stabilize it
- release the button if you want to stay at that level voltage
- if it has been stabilized then you can't increase it level voltage you must turn it off
