Simple star delta timer circuit with 555 timer IC and Counter IC
This circuit is simple timer circuit for Star Delta Motor Starter. Whole circuit can be constructed at very low price at home. By varying the potentiometer you can get time delay of 1 to 3.5 seconds.
Output is at the two lamps on the right. Left lamp is Star ckt and Right one is delta ckt. Replace lamps by relay and provide relay output to coils of contactor for star and delta ckt respectively.
