Dont forget the ESD input protecting diodes which you drive with 800 Ohm much to hard. They also change the frequency to more then 60Hz cuz they lower the voltage charge and discharge timing. Lower the cap and increase proportional the resistor and you get the expected ~50Hz http://everycircuit.com/circuit/6452311681662976
