How can i increase its voltage at the output?

Bad news, this is not an oscillator. Its just a resonator. If you simplify it step by step you get something like this http://everycircuit.com/circuit/6615895303782400 which gets some startup energy,.cuz the caps are uncharged at startup and are charged within the very first micro seconds. So no matter to increase the signal, its more a question of “how to make an oscillator?“.

Publish three resistors call it computer and then asking how a computer works? Are you really interessted to learn how oscillators are designed, and do you think you can manage that? What do you know about L C R and transistors?
