Those should be smooth waveforms... Musta hit the simulations processing limitations. Definitely a matrix type situation, I tell ya.

Could be due to parasitic capacitances between transistor's terminals causing the slow rise times, escpecially at 100ns or 10MHz, I dont know if this app has parasitics programmed into it.
