Простейшая схема отключения мощной нагрузки с задержкой, собрана на мосфет транзисторе и реле. Схема способна коммутировать громадные токи, согласно правильно подобранному полевику, поэтому, может работать и без реле, но тогда нагрузка будет отключаться плавно. Изменяя номиналы резистора и конденсатора, можно задавать различное время задержки отключения. Пощелкайте выключателем и посмотрите сами)
