Even you deserve and worked hard for that title. Description is still confusing. Google for a full bridge implementation and check against your circuit.

Usually, I don't think it is desired for the output to vary by 5v, that wouldn't be a very effective rectifier would it?

No. Normally 3 phase AC is used in high voltage lines, cause you are able to transport "3 ACs" with 3 wires. Normally you needed 2 wires for one AC.

Oh ok, 5V might be typical then, but you have 3 10V sources in your diagram
