Would this be an accurate representation of a 120Vrms to ~24Vrms transformer with a 12Vrms center tap?
I've seen alot of controversy as to the Proper way to Spice it up.

Multi tap and center tap are two different things. I would suggest ignoring that fellas misinterpretation.
