The LED volts is shown there for you as 1.96 volts. Multiply the resistor ohms x the shown current amps....that will give you the volts across the resistor.....then add those two volts and you will see that the answer is 5 volts total, just as it shows there.

And if you want exactly nominal 2V at LED as its specified in your parameter you have to drop exactly 3V which you have at 3V/20mA=150 Ohm. Ohm's law. Hope this helps.
