Clock
Seleção (0 Serial / 1 Paralelo)
Entrada Serial
4 Entradas paralelas

No modo serial, ao aplicar pulsos de clock, o valor da entrada serial vai sendo deslocado. 
No modo paralelo, ao aplicar um pulso de clock, o que tiver nas entradas paralelas saem nos respectivos LEDs.
