Here is the circuit, redrawn in the standard format. Room has been left to include a smoothing capacitor. The voltage has been increased from 1V to 5V. The reason for this is that the diodes drop about 0.75V each way. And what you are seeing at the 1V level is just a leakage voltage of about 200 millionth of a volt. http://everycircuit.com/circuit/4800230003572736
