This is a lowpass filter with corner at 1.6Hz or 625ms. Your input is 800ms or 1.25Hz and cause ringing at 1.6Hz because your filter does not have any dampening (series resistance) search for "dampening" here on EC and use a resistor around 1Ohm. Its a little underpamed but gives a nicer sine waveform. BTW a perfect sinewave is not possible because there are always harmonics which pass the filter 3x1.25Hz 5x1.25Hz 7x1.25Hz 9x 11x 13x ..... 2n+1
