What's wrong with this circuit?

First add a button (not a switch) that will temporarily short one of the resistors, then change the EC time constant (use the clock button at the bottom). Sorry if I'm telling you how to do things you already know, it's just that you seem like a beginner.

Oh, I just realized that I forgot to say what to change the time constant to, it should be 1s/s. Currently it's at 1ms/s (1000ms/s = 1s/s).

Just change sim speed. On my phone circuit then works. Sometimes it can be necessary to shake phone to inject noise to start such circuits. As suggested above, an alternative is to have a switch/button to kick the circuit into operation.
