Check my circuit out, "3 bit shifter register"

There's three flop flops. The first flip flop works as a "clock", The second flip flop works as a "clock" and the first flip flop, the third flip flop works as a "clock" and the second flip flop. The next flip flop always clears the previous flip flop, and so it shifts from 1 to 3. The clearing is an "OR" from the previous flip flop and the clear switch. It travels though each flip flop by a "clock on" Latch(2NORS) then "clock off"(AND), then a "clock off" Latch(2NORS) . It takes 3 flop flops and a "clock off" NOT Gate.
