The two transistors on the right are a tip41c and a tip42c. The one on the left is a 2n3904. Be sure to attach a heatsink to the tip transistors. they get pretty warm. I got the base design from a circuit @harshgandhi100 made so it's not 100 percent original. I simply improved upon it.
