Norton LM3900 OpAmp setup

This current amplifier needed to be setup differently than a voltage opamp. That's the reason for the low resistor values at the plus input and pin 5. The pin 1 resistors designate the gain and the two transistors are used as I have in voltage circuit's. They are 2 npn's,
 2n3904s. The 100 ohm base transistor resistor source is a digital signal input.
