The GREEN LED indicates battery voltage is ABOVE 10V. The RED LED indicates battery voltage is at or BELOW 10V. Adjust the voltage on the voltage source --- begin at 12V and REDUCE the voltage from 12V to 10V and observe the GREEN LED TURN OFF and the RED LED TURN ON as the voltage DECREASES to 10V or below. Adjust desired voltage triggers by using potentiometer.
