Lol- your circuit here starts off looking pretty cool, but then it starts getting kinda confused or something..

The top row is rigged up to show the peaks of the bottom. Wish I could scale up these cheat'o'blinkies with more LEDs, would give it the resolution to see the patterns where it looks incoherent now...
