A few problems here. First add pull down resistors (100k will do) to the gate inputs that have switches on. This will ensure the inputs drop to 0V when you push the switch. The logic gates work off 5V so you need to match that by increasing your power supplies to 5V. Then we need a current limiting resistor in series with the LED. The LED needs 2V, so we need to drop 3V with a LED current of 20mA so resistor should be (5-2)/(0.02)= 150 Ohm. If you change these things your circuit will work although I think you will need to do a bit more depending on what overall function you want here. If this doesn’t make sense I’ll be happy to explain more.
