Half adder with transistor

I made it with 3 transistors and 2 diodes and 5 resistors .. I don't know if this was invented before because i didn't search for it , so it's my invention ..

Very good- you found a nice and simple solution. I would only point out that you have lots of space left, and you're circuit would be easier to follow if the layout was cleaned up a bit. Otherwise, well done @hunar..
