2,4,6,8,9,10 and alot of other numbers missing ... Where are they?

I know that using chips make life easier, I also use them sometimes, but it was my goal not to use them :)

for sure max, i think it would be cool to build a circuit and "componentize" it for use as a chip, since space is quite limited. hopefully the author both increases size of bread board and does make a routine to do this.

This is an octal counter, why not? Only problem 555 is running to fast for LED 7 segments and cause convergence problems which results in slow display updates. But the circuit itself is ok.

Noob circuit, isn't after sixty-four updates working properly. I spent on this 1.5 hours and it do nothing :D
