Left is power line voltage input to LED DRIVER (power supply) where resistor completes circuit. Output from LED DRIVER is positive and negative wire around 40 volts D.C. to LED SMD Chip shown as 6 LED with resistor added to compensate for many LED the chip does have.
Note: When powered off the 40 volts from LED Driver is charged like a capacitor that discharges slowly.
My LED DRIVER ratings:
Input AC85-265V 50/60Hz
Output:20-38V. 900mA plus or minus 5%
Match LED DRIVER to LED Chip. Put silicon grease (heat compound) on back of LED SMD Chip before mounting in lamp case.
Google LED DRIVER and LED SMD CHIP to see two replacement parts. If you can remove many screws and connect wires this is easy repair. The hardest part was to order replacements parts from China as no local electrical shops carried these two parts in United States.
