Tesla One Wire Resonant Power Transmission - Initially use an elevated terminal to prove there is no ground return current or sit transmitter on an insulated board with a localised return path using a standard capacitor and sit the receiver on an insulated board with a localised return path using a standard capacitor. There is only a single conductor flow. This circuit is resonant at 159Hz, sweep the frequency either side and power transfer diminishes, max transfer at resonance. The single one wire acts as a waveguide, critical wire length quarter wavelength L=(c/f/)4 = (3x10^8 m/s)/ 169 Hz /4 = 1885/4=471km before transmission line effects kick in. Tuned transmitter and receiver at f = 1/2.pi.sqrt(LC)= 1/2.pi.(1H.1uF)^1/2 = 159Hz. High frequency, high voltage low line power loss.

Spice needs a local ground to simulate there is no return path between transmitter and receiver.
