Схема демонструє роботу декодера 
4 вхідних біти мають 8 станів.
Ми використовуєм 7 ( крім 1 1 1 1)

кожем вмикач є спрощеним представленням 1 бітного сигналу.
І як вмикач, має 2 стани 1 та 0
мапу станів можна презентувати так:
бінарна цифра | десяткова цифра

0 0 0 0  | 0
0 0 0 1  | 1
0 0 1 0  | 2
0 0 1 1  | 3
...
0 1 0 0  | 4
...
1 0 0 0  | 8
