Impossible Circuit

This is not just an improbable circuit. I believe this is a true EC bug, because in reality a single stage amplifier will never have a voltage gain of 1570000, unless it's a regenerative one, which this isn't. Any ideas?

I replaced the NPN with a current-controlled current source with a gain of 100 and it does the same thing. I think it may be due to the PNP driving into a very high impedance NPN collector (or a current source in my experment). This should be easy enough to build a bench test for, but I got other problems on my bench at the moment.

If you were to build this and it were to work, there'd be noise everywhere. I'm driving this with 1uV and it's spewing 1.5V at the output. Imagine all the thermal,RF, semiconductor noise it's gonna get hit with. The output will be totally random.

This is good joke the circuit doesn't depends on input

Yes it does. It isn't an oscillator.

How works a Mosfet? @thebugger

It's not current controlled like a BJT is, but it's voltage controlled, meaning that the gate has a theoretically infinite resistance to DC. Some types of memory exploit this feature, by storing a given state permanently onto the gate of the MOSFET, thereby memorizing the state indefinitely (more like a few years)
