Have tried a few Mosfet drivers for this guy. Heat gets pretty annoying and have had some problems with latch ups. Some beefy bjt's have survived some major torture and don't kill themselves. Might have to play with the time scale to get this to work. But built for about $8 in componets, and it runs up to 200 watts or so np.
