With most of the counters like this it lags a lot are the and gates that makes them lag?

3rd from left 7seg digit is lagging your show, its resistance still set at 150ohm. Soz ferlop I ain't trying to nitpick you circuits, it's cool your finding ways to speed them up ;)

Hi nikisalli it's not laggy coz there's tricks to get around the 'convergence' slowdown, in this case reduce the resisting on the 7seg displays down to minimum
