Whats strange

The voltage across the capacitor is only positive, rather than positive and negative. I don't know what makes this happens.

Simply because the capacitor is connected to ground.

Now I know why this happens. It takes a time to have a totally symmetric sinusoid state. This happens because it's related with dc analysis, where the capacitor has to charge. I think there's a sinusoid plus an inverse exponential related to the time constant, that's why changing the RC constant will make it go to symmetric state in less or more time. Also, if you change frequency, the analysis time will change, because this app always shows the sinusoid in the same frequency to you in the graph. So, changing the time you see per second, you'll have a faster or slower way to the symmetric state. Hail brazilians!
