This component doesn't exist in the EC component library. You can only use whatever components are available in the library. You can always make a request for new components by clicking on the + symbol at the end of the components list

Yes, but you have also to know you will probably wait a long long time for new comnents, about 2 years

You can visualise a variable resistor and a switch as a transceiver.
