Many things went wrong. First check carefully the ground symbols in org schematic - they have different labels! E.g. "vb" is virtual ground!!! Then a normal mosfet wont work here perfect. Then i noticed many wrong wiring you made, most caused by ground/virtual ground short. Then check also the OpAmp output voltage min max configuration which must be changed to a unsymmetrical one 0-9V. Probably there is more wrong.... Sorry
