Simplified 2-bit Adder

Took the basic adder (2 bit) and added something of a register and an enable. Input the operands, turn on the enable, toggle the j-k bank and the circuit adds. Turn off the enable and the values remain in the register “memory”. Toggle the j-k bank and the values clear.
