A couple of mistakes. First, you need to set the power source voltage to 170V, which is the peak of US mains. Second, US mains frequency is 60Hz and not 50KHz! Third, your output filter cap is small. Put something like a 1000uF.

And why is your circuit titled "220" when you have set the supply voltage to 110V!?!?

This example for EU mains. Use 220 AC 50KHz supply

What mains is 50KHz? Are you crazy?

And you say that is "an example of EU mains", so why the hell is your source voltage at 110V!?

First of all, you need to set the power supply voltage to 340V, which is the amplitude of the 240V EU mains. And what makes you think that 50KHz is a mains frequency!? Mains frequency is 60Hz in north America and 50Hz everywhere else.

Theres no mains voltage whose frequency exceeds 60Hz.

And just think logically. Imagine the power losses of a 50KHz transmission.

Powerlines make good antennas at the higher frequencies.

Yup, which is why if you stand below one and try to listen to any satellite radio, the power lines would just filter the frequency and you'd hear static.

@PrathikP, "are you crazy" most EU countries do use 230V and NOT 240V!
