Wow i had the hardest time stabilising this circuit, and i still think it's unstable. Nevertheless here you go a multivibrator driven Dickinson pump

It probably is due to the many nonlinear components, but it's definitely unstable

It has many nonlinear components (transistors, diodes), which tend to make complex circuits unstable

Removed the multivibrator altogether. It caused the instability
