Atx voltage meter. Led opamp

A simple led series using a quad opamp for 3.3 5 or 12 volts. Nice effect. Led colors can be swapped to suit. 5v rails to the amps. Was thinking lm324n. Be a good fit. Can find them in some stereo equip as well.
