Everything is working. Ec just simulates how op amp will run as LM317T IC.
100nF (0.1uF) is bipolar capacitor but 100uF is polarized.
-bd139 will be your npn transistor.
-3.6v or 2.8v 0.5W Zener diode... If you use 2.8v ZD, it works better and sink less to resistor than 3.6v.
